The Problem with soy is that it's in many of the boxes, bags, and cans of processed food you eat. Why is this the case? I'm not really sure, but I have a feeling the Gov't, Seed Companies, and the Farmers are part the this potential conspiracy. This is something I'm still working on finding out. It has even heavily infiltrated the health food industry, maybe even more than the highly processed, chemical filled, boxes of stuff we call food at the grocery store. Soy has a few nasty little side effects, and its processing is highly controversial. You no longer have a choice in avoiding soy products like you once did. Doing so now would take vast amounts of your precious time checking labels, eliminating not only most of your favorite foods and almost completely switching your diet as you abandon nearly all the brands you have come to enjoy and trust over your life time. Why are all these companies that never used soy before using it now? It's not for your health people! It's because there is a monetary incentive. In other words they don't give a hoot about you, just their profits. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for cheaper expenses for businesses and consumer alike but not if it hurts the consumer. It is very dangerous for a country to have a food industry that cares so much about profits it will in danger the people to make it's financial goals. The question to ask yourself: Is our Gov't subsidizing soy or promoting its use in other ways? If so, Why?, Is soy really easier to grow, easier to process, easier to transport?, What are negative effect of processing and eating soy. Which entities have the greatest investment in soy? This is probably where you should start your research. The question you're probably wondering is when or why haven't I attempted to answer these questions for you. That is really a matter for another article but simple put, it's because I feel that if I answer these questions for you it will not engage your brain and make this a memorable issue in your minds, You have to trust me and that all my sources and valid and really exist, and three because you will become more intellectually aware of things as a whole. See the whole picture is very important, not that I think anyone really can but the more they see the more they know and understand. It is these individuals that will lead and support change in our system. I'm not looking for lazy twits, but motivated intellectuals that will stir the pot in the right direction. And if you're wondering if I have done my research the answer is yes, it has begun, but no i'm not finished. My goal is plain and simple, to remove as much soy from our stores, restaurants, cafes as possible by getting it removed from the products, boycotting products with soy until competitors replace them, or the Gov't acts to reverse this damaging food disaster.
A little more about me: I have never been nor will I probably ever be a health food nut. I used to be a junk food junkie. I have since returned to a more normal american diet, but I have found that supplementing my diet with organic foods reduces my allergic reactions, reduces aches from food intolerances, and gives me more strength and energy. Even though I don't eat completely organic I commend those of you that do.
